TIG welding
PDM offers aluminum cylinder head straightening and welding as part of its cylinder head service.
The process
TIG welding
Welding is carried out alongside the head reconditioning process, so a repaired head returns to the same inspection, surfacing and pressure-testing sequence as any other.
Injection tube installation is also available.

Boring, honing, grinding and align boring — every cut indexed to a true relationship.
- 03Final assembly
Careful assembly in a dedicated clean room, isolated from the rest of the operation.
