John Deere engine machining

Farm engines run hard in a short window, and a rebuild is usually booked around the season rather than around the calendar. PDM takes John Deere engines of any model or year — including older machines where a replacement engine is no longer a realistic option and the casting in your hand is the one worth saving.

The work is the ordinary machining sequence done carefully: heads reconditioned and pressure tested, blocks bored and decked, crankshafts ground and polished, rods reconditioned, and assembly in a clean room away from the shop floor.
